In its place, leadership practices have rightfully changed to consider the emotional states of the organization, enabling leaders to connect with people and inspire them effectively through self-awareness.

The key, however, is to transform the principles of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and emotional motivation into concrete daily leadership practices. In short, the objective of the course is to encourage, equip, and inspire emerging leaders to apply the principles and practices of emotionally intelligent leadership effectively.
