Autumn and Lisa from RAMP were our Guest DJs today! We highlighted some of the services RAMP Provides, which is a lot. We focused on Project Search which is an incredible program setting up High School Seniors for success! Their graduation from this program is coming up and we discussed that as well as the next steps for their participants.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and I was able to sit down and have a really great discussion about Mental Health, trends in mental health, and ways to get help with Katie Sherman. Katie is from the Ben Gordon Center Living Room, a 24/7 peer support center that is free and confidential. We also dove into trauma, talked about some of our own traumas, and how people are treating trauma currently.
