Reggie Crenshaw left the world of corporate finance and became the President and CEO of Leadership Memphis earlier this year (after nearly a year as interim leader of the organization). Leadership Memphis has very unique qualities that we talk about in this episode, and we hear why Reggie is excited to lead, the challenges in his community, and how his organization is an advocate for volunteerism (and other community issues) and uses that as a way to expand his reach and improve the city of Memphis. We also discuss how he brought his expertise in data collection and data evaluation to make his programs and impact stronger.
