I’ve never had a conversation quite like this one. In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Radhika Sharma, an incredible OB-GYN, wellness coach, and host of the Double Scrub podcast, who’s become not just a guest but a true friend. We talk about everything women are too embarrassed to ask: perimenopause, hormones, vaginal health, low libido, dryness, aging, and how to feel good again. Nothing is off-limits. You’ll hear anonymous questions from real women, questions I’ve asked myself too. If you’ve ever felt confused, alone, or dismissed this conversation is for you. You’re not broken. There’s help.
