  • Shiva Guided Meditation 25-Min Non-Dual Practice - Om – I Am
    Jun 7 2025

Welcome to Meditation 1: “Om – I Am” — a gentle 30-minute journey to the very core of your being.

Find a comfortable seat or lie down, close your eyes, and allow your body to relax. Notice the natural rhythm of your breath — no need to change it, just feel its flow. Sense where you experience the breath most vividly: your nostrils, chest, or belly? Observe effortlessly.

This meditation invites you to explore the fundamental truth beneath all labels and stories: the simple presence of “I Am.” Before you are a name, a role, a thought, or a memory—there is a silent awareness that simply is. This awareness has always been with you, untouched by time or circumstance.

As you listen to or gently chant the sacred sound Om (ॐ), you connect with the primal vibration that underlies all existence. Om is more than a sound; it is the very pulse of life and consciousness itself. In its resonance lies the silence in which everything arises and dissolves.

Through this practice, you’ll deepen into pure awareness — the part of you that witnesses thoughts without attachment and remains unchanged despite life’s fluctuations. This “I Am” is not a concept or identity; it is pure presence, the essence of your true self.

    You will be guided to:

    • Focus inward, resting your attention on the silent observer within.

    • Feel the pure “I Am” without adding judgments or stories.

    • Merge with the vibration of Om, experiencing the unity of sound, silence, and being.

If your mind wanders, gently return to the question: Who is aware? This self-inquiry dissolves illusion and reveals your timeless nature.

This meditation is a return home — not a journey to find something new but a reminder of what’s always been true. There is nothing to achieve, only to recognize: you are not your body, not your thoughts — you are the awareness in which all appears.

When you are ready, open your eyes slowly, carrying this knowing with you into the world.

    Om Shanti. Peace within.

  • Shiva Non-Dual Guided Meditation Introduction 1: Om – I Am
    Jun 7 2025

Welcome to the first episode of our guided meditation series, “Om – I Am,” an invitation to rest deeply in your truest essence.

Before the noise of thought, before your name, identity, and history—there is a silent truth: You are. This pure awareness, this undeniable sense of simply existing, is what we call “I am.” It is not a thought or belief, but the living core of your being.

In this foundational meditation, we turn away from the ever-changing stories of the mind and return to the simplicity of presence. Drawing from the timeless wisdom of Advaita Vedanta—India’s non-dual spiritual tradition—we explore the insight that you are not the body, not the mind, not even the thinker of thoughts. You are awareness itself: still, silent, infinite.

To support this inner recognition, we introduce Om (ॐ)—the sacred primordial sound. More than just a mantra, Om is considered the vibration of all creation, the original pulse of the universe. When we chant or simply feel into Om, we attune ourselves to the quiet rhythm of being that underlies everything.

    • 🌀 A guided journey inward, gently leading your attention back to the silent witness within.

    • 🕉️ The vibrational presence of Om, not only as sound but as the felt reality of pure being.

    • 🌿 Moments of stillness and self-inquiry, where the question “Who am I?” dissolves into direct knowing.

    We’ll move through three phases:

    1. Turning inward – Noticing awareness as it is, without needing to change anything.

    2. Resting in the pure “I am” – Experiencing yourself without labels or roles.

    3. Merging with Om – Feeling the vibration of existence in sound and in silence.

This practice is not about achieving altered states or seeking mystical experiences. Rather, it’s about returning—to the natural state that is always here, just beneath the surface of thought. Even if thoughts arise (and they will), your role is not to stop them but to gently rest as the one who is aware.

Along the way, we touch on teachings from spiritual luminaries such as Ramana Maharshi, who emphasized the power of simply abiding in the feeling of “I am,” and scriptural echoes like “Tat Tvam Asi” from the Upanishads and “I Am That I Am” from the Bible.

This is a meditation for all levels. Whether you're new to spiritual practice or have years of experience, the simplicity of being is always fresh and profound.

    • “Am I doing it right?” – There is no right. Just being aware is enough.

    • “I don’t feel anything special.” – Good. This practice isn’t about special experiences, but ordinary truth.

    • “How do I carry this into daily life?” – Pause often and silently notice: I am.

Let this be more than a practice—let it be a remembrance of who you already are.
Take a deep breath. Let go of effort. Allow yourself to simply be.

Press play, close your eyes, and step into the sacred vibration of Om.

    The journey begins now. 🙏🏼✨

  • Om Namah Shivaya: What Does Mean?
    Jun 7 2025

"Om Namah Shivaya" — perhaps you've heard it chanted, whispered, or felt it stir something deep within. But what does it truly mean beyond religion, beyond ritual?

In this special episode, we explore Om Namah Shivaya through the lens of Advaita Vedanta, the ancient philosophy of non-duality. This isn’t just a mantra—it’s a mirror. A portal. A return.

🔹 Om (ॐ) – The primal sound of existence. The source. The silence from which all arises.
🔹 Namah (नमः) – The gesture of surrender. The dissolving of ego. A bow to the truth beyond form.
🔹 Shivaya (शिवाय) – To Shiva—not a deity in the sky, but pure consciousness. The formless awareness that you are.

In Advaita, Shiva is not outside you. Shiva is you—your essence, your witnessing presence, your eternal Self. This mantra is not about worshiping; it's about remembering.

🌿 What You’ll Experience in This Episode:

    • A deep breakdown of the mantra’s meaning in Sanskrit and Advaita.

    • The shift from seeing Shiva as a god to realizing Shiva as your own nature.

    • How chanting Om Namah Shivaya can be a tool to go beyond ego, mind, and form.

    • The five sacred syllables (Na-Ma-Shi-Va-Ya) and their link to the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space.

    • A guided contemplation on using the mantra as a meditation practice.

🧘 Meditation Tip: As you listen, try silently repeating the mantra. Let your sense of self gently melt into the silence between each repetition. That silence is Shiva.

    "You are not the mind.
    You are not the body.
You are the Self—limitless, free, ever-present."

🎧 Whether you’re new to mantra meditation or deep in your spiritual path, this episode offers more than words—it invites you to directly taste the truth of who you are.

🌌 Let go. Tune in. Rest in the stillness that has always been here.

  • Introduction to Shiva Guided Meditation – Om – I Am
    Jun 7 2025
    • Om – I Am: Exploring the True Self | Meditation 1
In this opening session of Awaken to Your True Nature, we embark on a deep inner journey into the most fundamental truth of all: you are. Before identity, thought, or form—there is the simple, undeniable sense of being. This is the essence of your existence. This is what you truly are.

Rooted in the timeless teachings of Advaita Vedanta, this meditation guides you into direct experience beyond the mind.

You’ll be invited to rest in the awareness of “I Am”—not as an idea or a concept, but as a living presence, the ground of all experience. Through the sacred vibration Om (ॐ), we tune into the frequency of pure consciousness, the soundless sound from which all creation arises.

In this space, there is no past or future—only the ever-present stillness of now.

      • A gentle return to pure being, free of labels or roles

      • Deepening awareness of Atman, the Self beyond form

      • A direct connection with the vibration of Om as existence itself

      • A slowing down of the mind, and dissolution of identity into presence

      • A safe, sacred space to simply rest in your true nature

      • Why the sense of “I Am” is the doorway to liberation

      • How to observe thoughts without identifying with them

      • What ancient sages like Ramana Maharshi and the Upanishads taught about the Self

      • How to integrate this non-dual awareness into daily life

1️⃣ Turning Attention Inward – Letting go of the outer world and settling into presence
2️⃣ Observing “I Am” – Feeling your own existence, beyond thought or label
3️⃣ Merging with Om – Using the sacred sound to return to stillness

“What if my mind keeps thinking?”
That’s okay. Simply observe without judgment. The awareness of thought is more important than the absence of it.

      “Should I feel something special?”
You don’t need to feel special—this meditation reveals what is always already here: your natural, unchanging awareness.

“How do I bring this into daily life?”
Pause throughout your day and silently notice: I am. Nothing more. This simple act reconnects you with your true nature.

This meditation is not about achieving a spiritual state—it’s about realizing that you already are the Self you’ve been seeking. You are not your thoughts. You are not your story. You are the silent witness, the still presence, the infinite “I Am.”

Let this practice gently peel away the layers that hide that truth.

Breathe. Be still. And let go.

🕉 Om – I Am. You are That.
