In this eighth episode of Executive HRD, the new podcast series from the University of Houston, we explore a metaphor that’s often used when talking about education and learning: that of connecting the dots. With the help of current and former students, we look into why it’s so important, especially in the context of education and learning, and why the metaphor gets used so often by those who go through the Houston program. We also hear from the Director of the Executive Master’s about how the program is designed and delivered to facilitate the connecting of dots.
