We all know that Zomato’s s business strategy has changed the food business sector, it's time for a change again. Zomato and other food delivery services have made significant adjustments to their pricing, causing customers to pay more for their orders. In recent months, meal delivery apps have raised their delivery prices, tightened their order cancellation policies, implemented dynamic pricing, and raised the costs of their loyalty programs. The Economic Times has been notified by restaurants that are featured on these platforms that the aforementioned adjustments, together with lower discounts, have hurt order numbers.
