IN POLITICAL NEWS 1) As bad as the Republicans' performance in Congress has been, it is becoming clear that, well, at least they don't want to kill you as the DemoKKKrats do. Hence, the GOP generic approval is at 52%, a 10-point lead over the Party of Evil. And in the wake of Trump's successful Middle East Peace and Prosperity for All tour, his approval now is back to 55%, an 11 point lead. 2) The House passed the "Big Beautiful Reconciliation Bill" that killed wind and solar subsidies, eliminated the tax on tips by a single vote with several Rs being obstructionist and 3 DemoKKKrats dead, made other tax cuts permanent, and no, did not eliminate the tax on Social Security. One step at a time. By the way, the margin of victory was that of three dead DemoKKKrats who have yet to be replaced. Seth Keshel provides a good analysis of the bill here. 2) Phil Collins sang there is "something in the air tonight. Oh Lord!" Well I have little real evidence---mostly a Spidey sense tingle---but it seems like we're on the cusp of major DOJ moves against the Cabal. First, cleaning up some old garbage, a former contractor to USAID was extradited to the U.S. and convicted and sentenced for conspiracy to commit fraud. Then DemoKKKrat Congresswoman LaMonica McIver was charged by N.J. Federal Prosecutor Alina Habba for assaulting law enforcement officers and arrested. However, , the mayor of Newark, who entered the ICE facility with McIver, was released, presumably because there was not assault charge. Then Pam Bondi's DOJ announced an investigation of Chicago Mayor "Let's Go" Brandon Johnson for racial hiring.. Then Bondi announced a reconsideration of a Rutabaga-era rule that prohibited the DOJ from investigating corrupt congressmen, then followed that up by (allegedly) rescinding another Rutabaga-era rule that would allow investigators to search reporters' phone records to find leakers. Of all the things that this DOJ has done---and it's MANY---it appears that clamping down on leakers is near the top. Then Bondi announced an investigation of Andrew (Nipplepin Venthoarder) Cuomo for nursing home deaths during Covid. Step by step. 3) Meanwhile in D.C., newly-appointed Judge Jeanine Piro notched her first win with the successful sentencing of former 4-star Admiral Robert Burke on charges of bribery. And Ed Martin, the new "weaponization czar," says "accountability is coming." I"m way past accountability. That was in 2016. I want revenge. Painful revenge. To that end, President Trump announced they are going to investigate who used the autopen and whether it was legit. And the FBI just terminated Count Dooku (Jack Smith's) "public corruption" squad. 4) Jarrett Stepman is correct when he says that Rutabaga's was the "first deep state presidency." I kept saying his government was run by cabals, as he was brain dead. This is what a Hitleresque government looked like, with different schemers in different departments pushing their individual agendas. He correctly argued in a previous column, as have I, that the DemoKKKrats "jes kain't hep it," and that they are tied to the Deep State no matter what the electoral consequences. We will keep uncovering more hideous, illegal behavior because as he notes the Biden presidency was a "scandal of historic proportions." 5) The GOP in the House extended its majority by yet one more (Two others died a couple of months ago) as vaxxed Gerry Connally of Virginia shed his mortal coil. GOP majority is now 8. But the GOP, on the other hand, has the scandal of Congresswoman Nancy Mace displaying her breasticles in pictures, claiming that the pics were taken without her consent (begging the question of how did someone get a camera within mammary range?) and now PA Congressman Ryan Mackenzie is involved in a scandal about lying about his age on TINDER. 6) Under Trump, federal law enforcement and border security applications are soaring. 7) Ongoing investigation into J6 Patriot Day shows that the FBI had some 26 "informants" bussed in to the protest. 8) Now the coverup is that Rutabaga "may not have known" about his aggressive Stage 4 cancer because they didn't do the standard PSA test on him because it "cost too much." Seriously. It didn't "cost too much" to shut down entire cities for him to swoop in and do a speech, or to go on vacation more than even Congress. Noooooo. Meanwhile, "The Forehead," Paul Begala, says, on, no, DemoKKKrats' credibility is not hurt by the Rutabaga lies. More delusion. But the "sensible liberals" such as Ruy Teixeira look at the Catalyst voting data and are positively screaming warnings that the DemoKKKrats are going into shark-invested waters toting leaking bags of hemoglobin. 9) According to the UK Guardian, Ron DeSantis is drifting, in large part because of his ill-advised presidential run against Trump. 10) "The Punisher," SecDef Pete Hegseth, says the Pentagon has pivoted from Russia to China as the main adversary. With President Trump, he unveiled ...
