Not one but two mass shootings have shaken up the nation at the start of this week. A gunman killed three people outside of a casino in Reno, Nevada, yesterday morning. Just hours later on the other side of the country, a different man gunned down four people with an assault rifle in a Manhattan office building. To answer those questions and more, KCBS Radio news anchors Margie Shafer and Eric Thomas spoke with Jaclyn Schildkraut, executive director of the Regional Gun Violence Research Consortium at the Rockefeller Institute of Government.
