In this episode, The Alchemy of Rest, we explore rest as an act of healing, of reclamation, and of soul-deep restoration. Through the lens of inner alchemy, we unravel the many forms of rest—physical, mental, emotional, creative, and spiritual—and how each one serves as a vessel for transmutation.

Rest is not a pause from the work—it is the work. It is the quiet crucible where the fragments of our being soften, integrate, and re-emerge as something whole. Together, we’ll reflect on how rest allows us to release the burnout forged in the fires of constant striving, and how, in stillness, we recover the gold of our essence.

This episode is an invitation to reframe rest not as a luxury, but as an alchemical necessity—for our bodies, our creativity, and our becoming.

This episode was a little more challenging for me to record.

As I dive deeper into myself and into my own shadow, wounds open and certain things resurface that try to convince me this isn't safe and to keep myself small because that is safe. Don't you your voice Liz because that has been dangerous in the past. Don't show that passionate side because it scares people. This is too much. In actuality I am being pushed to dance in those shadows. I am being pushed to dance where others run. I do this to gain the tools I need to help me move forward and to maybe help someone else who is where I have been or who may be in a similar place to where I am now. This journey is scary and messy but we are stronger than we think we are.

In this episode I discuss some stuff that may get some hate and that may be controversial but its my goal to help others and to hopefully do so in the safest ways possible. If that means sharing an opinion that causes others to maybe rethink this whole new age spiritual quick fix mentality then so be it.

This is not about quick fixes or bypassing. We are here to remember the primal and whole of who we are. We may not be in the perpetual state of healing but we are in the perpetual state of alchemy, if we allow ourselves to see and be seen. Hear and be heard.

Episode 9: The Alchemy of Vulnerability and Intimacy

In this intimate episode (where I am super nervous), we explore the sacred intersection where vulnerability becomes a catalyst for transformation, and intimacy becomes a mirror for the soul. I explain a little bit of my story and where I started on this journey. I journey into the heart of what it means to be seen—truly seen—without the masks, without the armor. You will be ale to tell that this was a hard one for me to record. It was very raw as I am still working through these things myself.

What if your tenderness is not a weakness but a portal to deeper connection? What if allowing yourself to be undone is the very thing that makes you whole? Together, we can peel back the layers, feel into the discomfort, and honor the raw beauty that emerges when we dare to show up as we are.

This is an invitation to remember that there is power in softness, strength in surrender, and alchemy in every honest breath we share.

Episode 8 The Alchemy of Fear

What if fear isn’t something to banish—but a portal to transformation?

In this episode I dive into the sacred alchemy of fear. Rather than resisting or suppressing it, what happens when we choose to sit with fear, to listen, and to transmute it?

I tell a couple of stories from my life recently where I have had to discern between fear and intuition, which can be tricky. I also discuss how sometimes alignment may look like taking a path that is totally outside of societal norms and it seems scary.

Maybe fear is a sacred teacher in disguise. Rather than avoiding or overriding it, what if we allowed fear to speak, to burn, and to become part of our transformation? What if we could safely alchemize fear and sometimes this looks like asking for help?

Let's explore fear not as an enemy, but as a raw, primal force that—when honored—can guide us back to our truth. In my opinion fear often masks desire, potential, and repressed power and discernment is necessary. Sometimes this can be challenging, but it does get "easier".
