    We are joined by our very special guest and client Jonathan Grant, Group Chief Executive at W Howard. 

    We take a little look at the point where a business owner Jonathan knew he needed assistance to help the business grow, we talk openly about the types of support needed, the ups and downs of running a business over the years, and how taking the steps to bring in the right people both internally and externally has helped the business go from £4.9m turnover to £50.1 turnover. 

    W Howard was established in 1958 as a Timber Merchant and celebrates their 65 anniversary this year. In 1994, they moved from Timber Importing to manufacturing MDF Mouldings was 1994 increasing their turned to over £1.7 m. The year they really started to employ the right people was 2002 and further increased their turnover to £4.9 m. In their recent accounts, the Group had a turnover of  £50.1 m, with a full Board of Directors and a Management Team in place, what a fantastic success story and one to inspire!
