Lors de la Cantinade au Théâtre Mansart, des jeunes journalistes grec.que.s, allemand.e.s et français.e.s du projet Europe Convergence accompagné.e.s de professionnel.le.s de l’agro-alimentaire ont questionné la durabilité de l'alimentation proposée dans la restauration collective. En apportant chacun.e des exemples concrets d'initiatives portées dans leurs pays, ils ont confronté leur idéal de restauration aux contraintes des CROUS et décideur.euse.s public.que.s.

During the Cantinade at the Theatre Mansart, young journalists from Greece, Germany, and France from the Europe Convergence project, accompanied by agri-food professionals, explored the sustainability of food offered in collective catering. By sharing concrete examples of initiatives from their respective countries, they compared their ideal vision of catering with the constraints faced by CROUS and public decision-makers.
