This Season as we continue to address the hidden harms resulting in many silently suffering. This episode not only addresses the need for ongoing patient advocacy and effective patient support systems, but we acknowledge the celebration of Professional Wellness Month. In the light of Professional Wellness Month, it’s of utmost importance to recognize the need for healthy professionals to be successful with the facilitation of adequate and appropriate patient advocacy efforts.

So, This is Mental Health Awareness Month. There are still so many societal stigmas attached to mental health that are restricting individuals from getting help. So, if you or someone you know is experiencing burnt-out or symptoms of depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, substance abuse etc. this a very encouraging episode.
