The Tennessee Titans have a lot of reasons for optimism going into 2025, but tops on the list is Cam Ward. Ward can immediately change this franchise overnight if he hits. The offensive line improvement should also give fans hope as the additions in recent years could result in a great unit. However, there are reasons for concern as well. The pass rush group will have a limited ceiling and need a miracle to be great while the rookie weapons on offense could disappoint.

The Tennessee Titans have made a ton of changes to the roster over the past few years, but Jeffery Simmons still remains the best player on the team even after two "down" seasons. Amani Hooker and Calvin Ridley fall in line after the big man. Simmons is one player who actually does get his respect, but many players on the Titans do not. Like Hooker, who has been a top safety for years, but isn't appreciated enough even by his own fanbase. Finally, who will carry the torch forward into the future? Cam Ward obviously needs to be on this list going forward.

The Tennessee Titans are moving 2024 first-round pick JC Latham to right tackle and Latham has also transformed his body over the offseason. These two factors set Latham up to have a major breakout campaign in 2025 with a chance to ascend to one of the top tackles in the league. The Titans also brought in quite a few new veteran players and some of them are already looking like their impact will be underappreciated. Finally, some players, like punter Johnny Hekker, will surprise fans with the amount of impact they actually have during the season.

The Tennessee Titans have a wide window of outcomes in 2025 and there are certain players whose performance will have a major impact on which outcome comes to fruition. At the top of that list is Cam Ward, who needs to have a solid season if the Titans hope to peak, but he isn't the only one. For some players, 2025 will be a make or break campaign. The Indianapolis Colts are going through a transition at the quarterback position as 2023 top-five pick Anthony Richardson is being phased out for Daniel Jones. If that sentence doesn't give you nightmares then I don't know what will. Where the Colts go from here is uncertain, but what is certain is they don't have the answer at quarterback on the team yet. However, they did add a lot of pieces and spent more in free agency than normal. Jake Arthur from Locked On Colts joins the show to give his insight directly from Colts' offseason practices. The Jacksonville Jaguars made some big changes this offseason with the additions of Travis Hunter and front office hires like Liam Coen at head coach and James Gladstone at general manager. These moves will allow the team to capitalize on the talent they currently have on the roster. However, Trevor Lawrence remains and he will be the key to the Jaguars success as his career so far has been up and down, at best.
