Ep 35: Badfinger Tragedy - When Talent Isn't Enough

Join me for a very special episode. Unlike any I have done before. The story of the Band Badfinger has everything. Triumph, tragedy, deceit, death, a bunch of what could have been's!! But most importantly, it contains many lessons that we can not only use as creative cautionary warnings, but lessons we can use in every day life. What could have been a dream career turned into a nightmare that caused the death of 2 members.

I will use the Badfinger story to show how if they had used the techniques I have discussed in the last 3 episodes about creative thinking, things could have turned out much different / better than they obviously did.

This story has lessons for all of us and my hope is that we learn from their dark situation and find success where they found lies, deceit and depression. There is light at the end of this tunnel if we seek it.

Ep 34: Creative Thinking - The Important Motivation Factor

But why is motivation so difficult to find and / or sustain. Where does our motivation come from and why do we lose it at the most crucial times. I'll dig into all of this while providing strategies and a game plan to find, sustain and increase or motivation so we can make our creative dreams come true.

This is an important episode and one that will hopefully shed light on why we procrastinate, why we lose site of the finish line and why we simply give up. Let's not waste another minute in depression and anxiety when we could be creating the life we have always dreamed of.

Ep 33: Creative Thinking - It's Critical and Deserves Reappraisal pt 2

Join me for the 2nd episode of the important subject of creativity. Allowing our creative side to flourish can be difficult at times in the modern world. Being creative is not just for the artist, it's for all of us. If we can get in touch with that child like creative courage we once had, it will improve almost every aspect of our lives and it will also help us become who we really are.

In this 2nd episode of the series, I dig deep into what stops us from developing our creative thinking. Creative thinking is underutilized, underappreciated and not used nearly enough. In order for our true selves to be shown, we need to think creatively. Without fear or self judgment. I will go over everything you need to get those creative juices flowing again, get that self confidence back better than ever and become the person you really want to be.

Let's not let anything stop us from thinking creatively. We are all different and our individual ways of looking at things is something we should be proud of. Your mind is your own, not anyone else's. Take the control back and get that child like curiosity and creativeness out where the world can benefit from it.

Welcome to Season 4 !! This is the 1st episode in a series that will explore how Important and yet relatively unexplored Creative Thinking really is. Life itself can at many times zap the creativity right out of us, so I want to delve into how we can regain our ever so important creative side that you may have thought was lost forever.

I will show how Critical Thinking, Cognitive Reappraisal & Risk all play a vital role in how well we expose our creative side. It's in us - we just have to have the knowledge and confidence to reach down and grab it and bring it back to the surface where we can use in EVERY aspect of our lives.

This series has been brewing in me for a while because there have been many times in my own life where I pushed my creativity aside because life circumstances took over. But if I had used the tools I will be describing in this series, I would have been able to get through those difficult times quicker and easier instead of languishing in anxiety and stress.

Ep 31 - Season 3 Bonus - Taking Episodes 28, 29 and 30 and going a Step Further

Join me as i not only tie the last 3 Episodes Together, but I take time to emphasize points made and not made in those so important episodes. I also Take a look at a few AI advancements and a study not discussed in episode 26. Along with a discussion about natural or homeopathic treatments and supplements that can help many of us reduce or even better - possibly eliminate prescribed drugs that - and let's face it, many times do more harm than good.

I do stress though - PLEASE have quality discussions with your doctor or therapist. This advice is not a substitute for professional medical advice, BUT, I know from personal experience that I have improved my life with dietary changes, with supplements, with reprogramming my mind to think differently and my use of natural remedies have greatly reduced and in some cases eliminated over the counter or prescribed medications.

The point is, let's all live better and healthier lives without giving our mind and bodies chemicals that will eventually do more harm than good.

I thank you sooooooo much for listening to all 3 season's and season 4 is on the way shortly with some GREAT stuff ahead. We haven't even scratched the surface on how we can live better, healthier, more fulfilling and successful lives yet!!
