Nicole Foster, JD, MPH, is a visionary entrepreneur, legacy advocate whose work has been featured in The Washington Post, Ebony and ESSENCE Inc. She is the Founder & CEO of Sommos, the AI-powered storytelling platform helping families preserve, organize, and share their stories before they’re lost to memory loss, digital clutter, or time. Nicole is now building a category-defining platform that transforms family storytelling into a joyful, intuitive, everyday act.

Nicole is also the Co-Founder of Cajou Creamery, a globally inspired, plant-based ice cream company rooted in food justice, wellness, and joy. Cajou was recently named Best Vegan Ice Cream in Baltimore, and featured by the TODAY Show as one of the 41 Best Ice Cream Shops in the U.S. The brand employs returning citizens, reimagines nostalgic flavors from around the world, and proves that plant-based doesn’t mean compromise.
