  • 12: Letting go and finding light in change
    Jan 12 2025

    Welcome back my friends!

In this episode, I dive into what it means to process change, let go of things that no longer serve you, and realign your energy when life throws unexpected shifts your way. It may be a career pivot, a personal challenge, or simply realizing a goal or relationship isn’t bringing you joy anymore, I reflect on how to honor those feelings, process them, and move forward. I share some personal stories, lessons I’ve learned, and how embracing change can help you grow into the next version of yourself. Stay grounded, and never stop exploring who you are and what helps light you up. xoxo

  • 11: Steps to help land a job while you're in nursing school
    Mar 5 2023

In this episode, I talk about steps you can take while you're in nursing school to help you land your first job. The process of getting a job can be overwhelming, so if you can start to grow your network, talk to hiring managers, connect with recruiters, and gradually document your experiences in nursing school, I believe your future self will be so thankful. Help secure your dream job by starting all these things early, so you can build your nursing foundation in a place you feel supported and safe to grow into the amazing nurse you know you can be.

  • 10: Surviving the day when you're floated or pulled
    Feb 26 2023

In this episode, I talk about floating!! I suggest ways to get through the shift when you're pulled from your unit and asked to help on another. Especially as a newer nurse, this can be very stressful and overwhelming. I offer tips to improve communication and ways to ensure you feel safe taking care of your patients even if you are unfamiliar with the population. Floating can be a great opportunity to make new friends, learn new things, and to build that trust in yourself that you are a strong, competent nurse! Who knows, maybe you'll love the experience, and one day you'll want to join me as a float pool RN! :D
