Acerca de esta escucha
Hey friends — this episode is a little different… but it’s one I had to record.
I felt this fire in my chest and knew it was time to share a poem that’s been living in me, asking to be witnessed. It’s called Not Mine to Hold Anymore, and it poured out of me like a holy rage — the kind that’s sacred, clarifying, and deeply freeing.
I talk about what it feels like to be a poet right now… to let my creative voice rewild itself… and to finally say no to carrying what was never mine to begin with. This poem is messy and honest and full of energy — the kind that might just stir something awake in you, too.
If you’ve been feeling like you’re holding something that’s draining you — a story, a role, a belief, someone else’s fear — this episode is your permission slip (not that you need one) to let it go. To let it burn.
Let the words move you. Let them cut you open if they need to. And just feel.
You’re not alone on this path back to yourself.
I love you.
Let’s go there.
