  • What is God’s Providence in War and the Defense of a Nation—and what is our role as believers?
    Jun 25 2025

In light of recent events in Iran, we explore the crucial question: What is God’s Providence in War and the Defense of a Nation—and what is our role as believers? Drawing from Psalm 33:10–12 and other key Scriptures, this episode lays out four Biblical truths:

    1. God Rules Over Nations and Wars – Daniel 2:21 and Proverbs 21:1 remind us that God raises up and removes leaders according to His purpose.

    2. War Can Be a Tool of Divine Judgment or Protection – Ecclesiastes 3:8 and Romans 13:3–4 teach us that governments are divinely appointed to restrain evil and protect the innocent.

    3. God’s Sovereignty Doesn’t Remove Human Responsibility – Micah 6:8 reminds us to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly—even in decisions of war.

    4. God’s People Must Pray for Leaders and Soldiers – 1 Timothy 2:1–2 calls us to intercede for those in authority so that peace and godliness may prevail.

As Christians, we must trust that no war, ruler, or outcome exists apart from the sovereign will of God. Our calling is to act with justice, pray with urgency, and rest in God’s perfect plan.

🙏 “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.” – Psalm 33:12

  • Does God Predestine People for Heaven and Hell by Election?
    Aug 20 2024
Nothing upsets more people than the Doctrine of Election and the Doctrine of Predestination. On today’s podcast, we will take a deep dive into these doctrines. Predestination looks forward in time to the destiny He has planned for those whom He has chosen, “who are chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, by the sanctifying work of the Spirit, to obey Jesus Christ and be sprinkled with His blood…” (1 Peter 1:1-2). On today’s podcast, get answers to questions including:

  • Is Hell Real and Why Does It Matter? (Part 3)
    Jul 6 2024
Exploring One of the Most Unpopular Truths

In this episode, we tackle one of the most controversial and challenging questions: "Is Hell real?" Join us as we delve into the significance of this question and why it matters to everyone, regardless of their beliefs.

    Why Should We Be Concerned?

It's a common question: If God is so good, why would He send anyone to Hell? This episode explores this dilemma and addresses the misconception that all paths lead to the same destination. We discuss the stark reality that while physical death is inevitable for all of us, the uncertainty of when it will happen makes it crucial to be prepared. Psalm 139:16 reminds us that God knows the number of our days, underscoring the urgency of understanding and avoiding Hell.

    What Determines Our Eternity?

Our perception of God plays a pivotal role in determining our eternity. The ultimate authority on Hell is the Holy Bible, not opinions or stories. A.W. Tozer and C.S. Lewis provide additional insights into the doctrine of Hell, emphasizing its support in Scripture and reason. Jesus' teachings on Hell are profound, and we categorize His words into five themes to help us grasp its reality.

    • Reality of Hell
    • Rebellion: Consequences of Rejecting God
    • Regret: The Pain of Missed Opportunities
    • Relentless: The Unending Nature of Hell
