Faith That Endures

What do we do when life gets hard and God feels silent?

This Sunday, we opened to James 1:12 and saw that endurance isn’t just about surviving—it’s about trusting the One who promises the crown of life.

We walked through three truths to remember in trials:
1. Quitting won’t make me happy
2. God is always with me
3. What awaits me is worth it

We looked at the story of Joseph. Of Daniel. Of real endurance.
And we were reminded—God is not done with those who keep walking.

Destroying the Church

Don’t Waste Your Life

What are you building your life on?

God alone gives the growth. But He chooses to use us in the process.

So serve faithfully. Stay humble. And remember: it’s not about you—it’s about Him.

Immature Christians
This Sunday, we opened 1 Corinthians 3:1–4 and saw Paul confront the church—not because they didn’t believe, but because they hadn’t grown.

They were saved but still worldly—living in jealousy, division, and giving their allegiance to people instead of Christ.

Big Idea: The conduct of immature Christians damages the unity within the church.

Spiritual growth isn’t automatic. It happens when we respond to God’s Word, let the Spirit mature us, and live in a way that builds up the body of Christ.

Let’s be the kind of people who don’t stall in our faith—but grow to reflect Jesus in every part of life.

Thinking Like Jesus
This Sunday, we continued in 1 Corinthians 2:14–16 and were reminded that the natural person can’t understand the things of God—they’re spiritually discerned.

But through the Spirit, God gives us more than understanding—He gives us the ability to think like Jesus. His Spirit reshapes how we see the world, how we respond, and how we live.

Big Idea: God’s Spirit gives me the ability to think the right way about everything.

Let’s keep growing into the kind of people who don’t just know truth—but live it.

Gospel Wisdom
This Sunday, we opened 1 Corinthians 2:6–13 and were reminded: true wisdom doesn’t come from this world—it comes from God.

The gospel reveals a hidden wisdom that the world can’t grasp. It’s not about clever speech or human reasoning—but about the Spirit revealing what only God can show.

Big Idea: Mature disciples understand that true wisdom is found in the gospel.

Let’s be a church marked by spiritual depth, not surface-level answers. Let’s grow in the kind of wisdom that only comes through the Spirit—wisdom that points us to Christ, forms us in His image, and anchors us in His truth.
