Marina Tomović is a civil society activist with a focus on policy advocacy, project management, and stakeholder engagement in Montenegro and the Western Balkans. As the Executive Director of Zero Waste Montenegro, she pioneers circular economy projects, leading sustainable waste and resources management practices across the country. Marina is also the Programme Manager at Regional Sport Initiative - Playing Together, where she advocates for quality physical education in schools and works towards reducing discrimination among children and youth through sports. Simultaneously, she is a UNDP consultant for the National Council on Sustainable Development, addressing climate change mitigation and adaptation. As a Chevening scholar, Marina completed a Master's in Public Policy and Administration from the London School of Economics (LSE) and holds a BSc and Specialisation degree in International Relations from the University of Montenegro.
