Rev. Bill Marchiony, DD is an ordained Minister of Religious Science, Spiritual Director of New Thought Philadelphia, and author of “Practical Prayer for Real Results”. He has been studying and teaching these powerful principles since the 1990s. Before that, he was a zany morning radio air personality, which makes this podcast fun to listen to.

Carol L Lawrence is an author, Spiritual Life Consultant, inspirational speaker who has spent 30+ years in church leadership, spirituality and biblical studies, and seminary education. Having pastored churches across denominations and racial diversity has given her a respect for a broad and inclusive theological perspective. She’s also the host of the “Jazz Divine” podcast, a unique worship/meditation experience with Smooth Jazz.

Together, this unlikely duo explores the transformation that is possible when these powerful New Thought teachings are added to a more traditional religious framework.

    The pandemic lockdown was five years ago, and Carol recalls that when everything stopped people were talking about getting back to a new normal. Now, it seems that the religious or spiritual lives of many have not resumed. Rev. Bill observes that when we're faced with a new challenge we can respond in a new way, or try to keep doing what we've always done.

    Carol has found that a lot of people are feeling like they don't know what to do, with all the fear and hesitance that comes from the lack of clarity. Rev. Bill points out that world and national events, plus local ones, can feel overwhelming, making us simply want to ignore it all. But it's important to pay enough attention so that when Divine guidance shows up we'll understand how to take our next step.
