We’re diving into rustic French favourites, including Charlie’s mustard marinated rabbit dish and Jura inspired recipe of chicken legs stuffed with Comté and mushrooms. Tracy has also been channelling some French vibes with her improvised Coq au Vin – and shares a French classic to thickening sauces. (Beurre manié, darling.)
