Guest Bio: Lizbeth Meredith is an author, speaker, and resilience expert with more than 30 years of experience working in Alaska’s justice system. A former domestic violence advocate and juvenile probation supervisor, she’s best known for her memoir Pieces of Me: Rescuing My Kidnapped Daughters, which was adapted into the Lifetime movie Stolen by Their Father. She’s the host of the Persistence U podcast, where she shares stories of survival, reinvention, and strength. Lizbeth’s work blends lived experience with advocacy, helping others turn trauma into transformation.
