　　Chengyuan is a Partner at K K Chua & Co, a local accounting firm specialising in serving Japanese clients. Previously with EY for 9 years, he took a leap of faith 2 years ago to take over the family firm. Armed with some optimism and a (healthy) dose of idealism, he hopes to revitalise the business to better serve his clients and support his employees’ growth.

　　蔡成遠是本地會計師事務所 KKChua & Co 的合夥人，該公司專門為日本客戶提供會計服務。他曾在安永（EY）工作了九年，並於兩年前勇敢地接手家族事業。懷抱著一份樂觀與（健康的）理想主義，他希望能為公司注入新活力，不僅更好地服務客戶，也能支持員工的成長與發展。
