Acerca de esta escucha
A lot of people are reluctant to start strength training. Sometimes it's a genuine concern about something going wrong. Sometimes it's just not wanting to be uncomfortable. Several years ago, Josh started using the elevator pitch "I help people overcome their fear of weightlifting". Facing Fears is something that we have to do everyday. High performing people aren't necessarily fearless, just pretty good at managing it.
