 In this episode, Henrik Knak, Director in Deloitte Consulting and Head of Sustainable Supply Chain in the Nordics will explore a new sustainable supply chain topic called "multi-tier supplier sensing", together with Matt Chee, Senior Manager at Deloitte Australia and Hana Shiraz, Manager at Deloitte Switzerland.

The focus of this topic is to increase transparency throughout your supply chain by identifying all of your suppliers, their sub-suppliers, and so on, to uncover any potential environmental, social, or governance issues. By doing so, we can mitigate future risks and crises that may arise within the supplier network. To achieve this, you will need the necessary tools and capabilities, which we will explore in more detail.
