By now you know that getting enough sleep is one of the fundamental keys to overall health and well-being. But, achieving optimal shuteye and truly winding down at night are skills that few seem to have mastered.

Aaptiv’s Sleep Better program includes seven classes led by meditation and mindfulness expert Jade Alexis. On day one of the program you’ll begin with ten minutes of relaxation and focus on your breath. As the week progresses you’ll graduate to a 30-minute session and incorporate techniques that train your body to release tension and prepare for deep sleep including breathwork, body scans, and yoga nidra - a type of meditative state achieved before sleep.

This program is designed to be taken as many times through as you wish and can be referred back to as often as you need.

This thing is awesome. If you slow the voice down by a little bit it makes it even better. I was sleeping before the end of the first day.

They removed the outro, but "THIS IS AUDIBLE!" is loud and in-between each chapter. So stupid. We know we're listening to an Audible book, just remove it! So unnecessary, unpleasant, distracting and wakes me up, completely defeating the purpose.
Otherwise, it's a calming, mediative way to fall asleep. Reminds me of the last 5 mins of a yoga class when you fall asleep laying flat on your mat with the lights out, only I'm actually in bed and they aren't flicking the lights on and kicking me out of the studio 5 mins later. 🤣

Great...but the Audible intros/outros need to go!

I have never yet heard an entire "episode". I fall asleep within minutes every time.

I must say as someone who was skeptical and whose brain is always roaming and running, this works!!! Oh my God does this work - I fall asleep each night in under 5 minutes by following the sleep meditations. & feel so rested & energize in the mornings. Definitely recommend - give it a try, you’ll be amaze.

I have tried other sleep programs and found some are helpful and others are not. This one though, I was asleep before it was finished. I was put off by jade’s voice and quick pace on day one but maybe there’s something to it. I recommend.
