For ages I struggled to sleep because my brain is extra active at night. Then I read somewhere about the power of counting back (like counting sheep!) and decided to try it. Long story short- it worked so well that I only get to about 97 from 100 before I'm out like a light! So here I am sharing it with you in the hopes it helps you like it helped me.
