Acne. Picking. Self-Image.

Sometimes I find myself repeating this loop when it comes to acne. I see a blemish on my face and I immediately start to think- "How do I fix this?" But what if the acne is trying to show you something? Even something as simple as trying to teach you that your "imperfections" are self-induced. And if you want to stop repeating the cycle- then stop judging yourself.
