Last time, Marlow met with Mrs Regan at his office for some facts, and a bit of flirting. Then he met with Carmen, back at Geiger's place. Not a lot of facts from her, so he shoos her out. Or tries to, until someone comes in the front door. Who's the surprise visitor?
