A pregnant 14-year old girl goes missing after meeting with some friends at a skating rink. The missing girl was Chelsea Brooks who had been dating an 18 year old man named Elgin Robinson Jr. . Chelsea's mother had recently filed an order of protection to get the authorities to act on this situation but they wanted to wait until after the birth of the child in order to run a paternity test before moving forward. Days later, a horrific discovery was made and a family was devastated.

December 6th, 1991. Austin, Texas. Close to midnight, a patrol officer reported a fire at a local frozen yogurt shop. Firefighters discovered the bodies of four teen girls who had been undressed, tied up, and shot execution style during a robbery.
