Luffy and Hody take their fight to the sea, where Hody begins to get a massive advantage. Decken is betrayed and left unconcious, causing the Noah to fall back down and threaten to crush Fishman Island. One just has to wonder if all the blood will stain the sea red...

After a little bit of a distraction in town with Shirahoshi, Luffy finally reunites with Jinbe! While it feels like a happy gathering at first, the tone darkens due to Nami and Jinbe's mutual connection to Arlong. To give further background to why Arlong was in the East Blue as well as on the rising tension at fishman island, Jinbe tells the group about 2 huge role models for Fishman Island. Fisher Tiger and Queen Otohime both fought to end the prejudice between fishmen and humans, but they did so in their own separate ways.
