What is repentance? What role does it play in salvation? What about in the daily life of the believer? Why do Christians still struggle with sin? Is it the presence of Satan or demons? Or do we have a sinful nature? What is the flesh? *previously aired

I’ve been married 48 years to a narcissist husband who refuses to work and plan for the future. I feel like a voodoo doll getting pins stuck in me every day. What should I do? Does Galatians 5 really mean that I won’t inherit the kingdom of God if I mess up too much? How do I reach someone who is into witchcraft and continues to ignore the gospel that I’ve presented to them many times?

What does it mean that Jesus is our Advocate? Is that like Him being our attorney, defending us before God? I have congestive heart failure, and it gives me tremendous fatigue. I end up irritable, and I get angry sometimes. What can I do? I’ve heard your message on predestination, but I’m not sure about Romans 8 and 9. Can you explain?

Sometimes what I do is out of tune with who I really am: I get angry. I cuss. Help me! What is Jesus talking about in Luke 21 with being counted “worthy”? How can I better know the Father?

Do we see the “gospel” in the Old Testament? If so, to what degree? And what makes the message better today? Your messages on God’s grace saved my life when I was ready to die! What can I do about finding local fellowship? How can I teach my young children about God‘s love and affirm their new identity in Christ? How do I “get to know” Christ? What does that even mean?

2. Who were the first to hope in Christ (1:12)? Who are the “you also” in verse 13?
3. How does Ephesians 2:11-13 help us define even further who the “you” is?
4. In verse 17, who was “far away”? Who was “near”?
5. How is this a unifying message rather than a divisive one?
6. What does this mean for those who believe predestination is about individual selection?
7. What is the “mystery” Paul speaks of in chapter 3? Is it still hidden or revealed? If revealed, how?
8. React to this statement: Jesus said, “I’ll draw all men,” not “I’ll draft a few.”

What does 1 Corinthians 3 mean about works burning up? Do Christians have two fathers? Do we sometimes serve Satan? What is the meaning of “Son of Man”? My friend believes only water baptism can bring forgiveness of sins. I’m not sure we can get married if we disagree on this! Is that what Acts 2:38 is teaching us - that water baptism brings forgiveness?
