    The Stress Rebound to Renew Focus!

    A little stress can help your ability to focus and stay on task.
    But, too much stress can make focusing very challenging and make you miss your mark.

    For my first-ever podcast, I decided not to follow the logical path of "What Does a Health and Wellness Coach Do? Blah, Blah Blah." I'll get to that later. I want dive into the heart of the human matter . . . STRESS and the Rebound to Renew our Focus!

    On this episode, I go over the top nine techniques to enhance your productivity and sense of well-being by reducing stress and regain your focus.

    1. Be Mindful
    2. Breathe deeply
    3. Gum Chewing
    4. Get Moving
    5. Flex and Relax
    6. Laugh
    7. Take A Nap
    8. Meditate
    9. Sex

    If you're stressed, your mind is elsewhere. Reducing stress is the best way to enhance your ability to focus. Take advantage of the many quick techniques to eliminate or minimize stress. You can get back on track quickly and easily. Try each technique and evaluate what works better for you. You'll be relieved that you did!
