They discuss problems arising from cuts to social services and people with disabilities being hurt, nonpartisan rallies such as getting rid of the Belvidere gas terminal in Palm Coast and how many causes are about all the citizens regardless of party affiliation. They also talk about the benefits of belonging to a club, the social aspect of being around people who think like you do, finding your tribe and her life in service. Coming up is the last Wednesday Mix and Mingle, the monthly meeting with guest speaker Amanda Redwine a therapist speaking about the medical and social aspect of transgender issues and support, Pride Fest is June 7 PCDC will have a table as well as at Flagler First Friday (volunteers welcome!)
