In this episode we're delighted to have Helen Seymour in conversation with us.

Rachel first met Helen in 2005, in Cyprus, as Rachel was detached with XI Sqn where Helen was flying the Tornado F3. Helen went on to become the first female RAF pilot on the Typhoon and her career was a highly successful one.

Alongside former colleague and friend, Nic 'Rosie' Stevenson, the pair have joined forces to launch On A Mission; a platform to share expertise, establish thought leadership, connect with diverse audiences and drive change through effective keynote speaking, talks and training services. This is after years of honing their knowledge and expertise in the world of human performance and evaluation.

We had an absolutely fascinating conversation and somehow ended up drawing really close parallels between flying fast jets, and baking. Have a listen to find out how we got there.
