The Rugby League Hot Recap is back for the 2025 season!


One of the fastest growing UK rugby league podcasts, the Hot Recap crew will bring you game recaps, previews and news from the Betfred Super League and the NRL throughout the 2025 seasons.


The podcast is hosted and led by journalist Locky Campbell and our lead analyst Eliot McGuire.


Episodes are released either on a Sunday or Monday night throughout the 2025 season!

  • Wigan and Hull KR lead the way, the London Broncos look to the future and the Roosters look the part in the NRL

    Locky Campbell flies solo to bring you up to speed on all of the rugby league action from Round 12 of the Super League and NRL.


    He walks you through Hull KR's trip to Warrington (1.26), Wigan's onslaught on the Dragons (7.10), the West Yorkshire derby between Castleford and Leeds (12.31), St Helens' showing against the Giants (16.37), Wakefield's history-breaking encounter with Salford (22.25) and the Thursday night tussle between Leigh and Hull FC (26.27).


    Locky then talks through the Championship, League One and the London Broncos' investment before we break down the NRL (33.19) focusing on the Sydney Roosters big win over Cronulla.


    It's then onto a quick preview of the State of Origin Game 1 on Wednesday morning (38.10) before we finish with the picks competition (42.31).

    Locky Campbell and Eliot McGuire bring you up to speed on Rounds 12 of the Super League and NRL.


    Starting in the Super League, the boys relive that dramatic encounter at Headingley on Friday night as Hull FC were in town (1.38) before heading to the other Friday night game as Wigan welcomed the Leigh Leopards (10.12). It's then on to the high flying Wakefield as they took on Warrington (17.35), Hull KR's home tie against the Giants (23.54), Salford's visit to the Castleford Tigers for the second team this season (31.50) before wrapping the SL portion at St Helens v Catalans (38.37).


    We then head to the NRL to (46.47) where we take a closer look at Bulldogs v Roosters, Tigers v Rabbitohs, Dolphins v Warriors, Broncos v St George and Sharks v Storm, before then looking at the two squads for State of Origin Game 1 (58.30) and then we finish with our picks competition (1.06.40).
