    May 19 recorded 51 crimes throughout Tulsa. Tuesday, May 20 showed a significant spike with 75 criminal incidents reported to authorities.

    On May 21, crime reports decreased with 58 incidents. A notable case involved Carlos Clyde Malone, 52, who was booked on felony charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The case (CF-2024-4566) also included a misdemeanor hold with electronic monitoring requirements.

    The most recent data available shows May 22 had the highest crime volume of the week with 85 reported incidents, indicating an upward trend in criminal activity as the week progressed.

    Earlier this year, on February 6, authorities recorded 29 criminal incidents, including cases involving electronic monitoring requirements and auto theft charges.

    Between May 12 and May 18, 2025, the Tulsa Police Department and neighboring law enforcement agencies responded to several criminal incidents across the city and surrounding areas. The following is a digest of significant reports from the past week:

    Near the Midtown area, an alleged felony assault and battery with a dangerous weapon was reported. The case remains under investigation under case number CF-2024-4566.

    In north Tulsa, a misdemeanor arrest was made on a charge of insurance/security verification. The suspect was processed and released on bond. The related case number is CF-2025-0417.

    On May 13, a suspect from Tulsa was booked at the Osage County Jail for lewd or indecent proposals or acts to a child. The case remains active and is under investigation.
