USC Recruiting Is On Fire: Why I'm Buying Into USC FootballI am buying stock in USC Football because everything seems to align in Los Angeles. The Trojans are recruiting at a high level, earning the commitments of high caliber, 4-star quarterback Jonas Williams and Simote Katoanga in the past three days. More importantly, Lincoln Riley has men like D'Anton Lynn, Dennis Simmons, Eric Henderson, Rob Ryan, and Doug Belk on his staff who are elite coaches in multiple facets. I don't know if USC will become the towering monster that Ohio State Football or Oregon Football is right now, or that Michigan Football and Penn State Football can be with their resources (moving to a new conference, one where its geographic base is outside of your state, is hard). Still, I believe USC has a realistic shot at becoming the cream of the crop in the Big Ten, and at least becoming an annual College Football Playoff contender.We talk about all of this and more in this episode of College Football with Sam.
