Unconditional love, pure, unfeathered, boundless and whole. We call it true love. Forever and unchanging. When we think of the four loves, first is affection. Then is friendship. Next is romance. And then comes unconditional love. In psychology, unconditional love is the state where the goal is benefitting another, without any thought to benefitting the self. Unconditional love is pure and selfless. In conditional love, the love is earned by conditions being met by the person being loved. In unconditional love we give our love freely, no matter what. Without any thought to whether it comes back or not. Unconditional love is beyond being loved back or any reward for the behavior of giving the love.
