  • What You Do Deserve - Part 2
    Jul 3 2025

    Send us a text

This week, we’re flipping last week’s episode on its head and talking about what you actually DO deserve.

    Funny thing?

We didn’t plan to focus on relationships... but as we got talking, we naturally gravitated there. Because, let’s be honest, many people lose themselves in relationships.

Whether it’s romantic, family, friendships, or even work dynamics, we often forget that we deserve more than just “not being treated badly.”

In this episode, we unpack the non-negotiables, the love, respect, peace, and alignment you deserve in every relationship, including the one you have with yourself.

    🌟 Plus, a quick heads-up:
We’re taking a podcast break for the month of July!
We’ll be back in full swing in August with fresh episodes, our deep convos, and probably some laughs (and truth bombs) along the way. You know... our norm.

Thank you for your patience, support, and for being part of this wild, honest, soul-growing journey with us.

    Keeping it Real,

    Jamie Lynn & Daniel

  • You Don't Deserve it! - Part 1
    Jun 26 2025

    Send us a text

This week, we dove into the uncomfortable, but necessary, conversation around what you do NOT deserve.

From narcissistic relationships to toxic self-talk, gaslighting, and inherited beliefs, we're calling out the pain and patterns that were never yours to carry.

    But here’s the twist…

As hypnotists, our brains are trained to flip the script, find the positive, reframe, and rewire on the spot.

So let’s just say, this episode was a challenge for us to record.

We had to resist the urge to “fix it,” and instead sit in the honest discomfort of what needed to be acknowledged without jumping to the bright side.

Next week, we’ll talk about what you do deserve...
    But today?
We're naming what never should’ve been yours in the first place.

    As always, Keeping It Real,

    Jamie Lynn & Daniel

  • Unmasking Ourselves: Not the Intro You Expected
    Jun 12 2025

    Send us a text

We set out to reintroduce ourselves… but surprise, we ended up going way deeper.

This episode isn’t about job titles or origin stories.

It’s about peeling back the layers of limiting beliefs, ditching the BS we’ve been carrying, and asking: Who are you, really?

After a week off, we came back a little feisty, so expect some playful jabs as we give each other a hard time (as usual).

We also introduce something new: at the start of each episode, we’ll be sharing a quick, weird, or interesting fact about the human body or behavior, because learning is more fun when it’s a little unexpected.

If you’ve ever looked in the mirror and thought, There’s more to me than this, this one’s for you.

    As always,

    Keepin it Real,

    Jamie Lynn & Daniel

PS. Here is the entry info for ChatGPT:

Jamie entered: I would like to know if you know me well enough that if I asked you who I am, how accurately you would be able to answer. Let's give it a try. From your point of view, who do you think I am?

Daniel entered something compatible but added: Be objective...

If you can scroll social media for 3 hours, you definitely have the focus to change your damn life, so what’s really stopping you?

In this episode, we’re calling out the BS, the excuses, and the “I don’t have time” stories we love to tell ourselves. Because in the time you’ve spent watching strangers organize their fridge or dance in pajamas, you could’ve been building a life that actually feels good to wake up to.

    We dive into:

    • How one year of small shifts can completely reinvent who you are
    • The science of neuroplasticity (yep, your brain is literally changing while you listen)
    • A brutally honest look at the gap between your goals and your habits

If you’re ready to take all that energy you’ve been “accidentally wasting” and turn it into something meaningful, this episode will give you the loving slap and inspired laugh you didn’t know you needed.

  • "Who the Hell Do You Think You Are?”: Unpacking the Identity You Didn’t Choose
    May 22 2025

    Send us a text

Ever been hit with the question, “Who the hell do I think I am?” , and realized you didn’t really know the answer?

In this episode, we strip it all down and get raw about identity, conditioning, and the stories we’ve been told to live.

From personal childhood moments to adult realizations, we explore how the beliefs we absorbed from family, society, and the so-called “right way” to live can quietly shape us, until we finally stop and say, “Wait… is this really me?”

    We break down:

    • The identity clash between who we are and who we were told to be

    • Why adult perspectives often silence the inner child

    • The trap of the cookie-cutter life and how to ditch it

    • What it really means to step into the core of who you are, by choice, not by default

This one’s for anyone who’s ready to unlearn the noise and rediscover the truth beneath it all.
