But through it all, I’ve learned the importance of balancing routine with flexibility and, most importantly, giving myself the grace I deserve.

    I’m still figuring out what accommodations I need to thrive. It’s not always easy, but I’ve found that allowing myself space to be flexible—without the pressure to be perfect has been a game-changer.
