Ok, some "constructive criticism" here. It's just my opinion. The girls voice is ok. The content is ok. The problem is the delivery. It's very monotone, and impersonal. She should be more natural, and engaging. Those are the types of podcasts that seem to "make it". This is to boring to listen to for a long time at work. It puts me to sleep, instead of waking me up. Making me laugh, and/or forget about the monotony of the day. So maybe try to be a little more natural, and upbeat.

Just ok.
