  • triumphs from trauma
    Jul 11 2025

in this episode, I reflect on what it means to move through trauma and begin making room for joy, growth, and self-celebration. from childhood displacement to emotional isolation, I share how past pain shaped my identity—but no longer defines it.

through stories of travel, mindset shifts, chosen family, and everyday affirmations, I explore how I’ve begun reclaiming the life I want to live. this episode asks the big questions: am I avoiding or healing? is bad luck really bad—or is it the beginning of something greater?

tune in if you’re ready to let go of what no longer serves you and make room for the good that’s been waiting to take up space.

  • you're not behind, you're just living life
    Jun 11 2025

in this episode of sorry if this isn’t landing properly, I opens up about the pressure to “keep up”—with expectations, timelines and self-imposed standards. this one wasn’t easy to make, but that’s exactly why it matters.

through story, reflection, and real moments (yes, including a crash-out in Aldi), you’ll hear what it means to honor emotional blocks, redefine progress and reframe what it means to be "on time."

if you’ve been feeling stuck, inconsistent, or unsure of what your path should look like—this episode is for you.

remember, progress doesn’t have to be loud or linear to be real.

  • right on time, eventually
    Apr 15 2025

“eventually” is my word of the year. it’s how I’ve started measuring progress — not by speed, but by intention. in this episode, I talk about what it means to work toward something on your own timeline, whether that’s naming your feelings, advocating for yourself or others, or just finding the words to say how you feel.

over time, I’ve built an emotional vocabulary that’s helped me not only understand myself, but also show up for the people around me. it didn’t happen overnight, and honestly, I’m still learning. but eventually—with patience, curiosity, and a lot of grace—I got here.

so I want to ask you:

🕰️ what’s your “eventually” goal—something you haven’t given up on, even if it’s taking time?

wherever you are in your journey, it’s not too late. You’re not too late. You’re right on time.

I recently shared a TikTok about expanding my emotional vocabulary. you can watch it here: https://www.tiktok.com/@theyknow29/video/7489828764738719018
