ADHS und Beziehungen – Partnerschaft, Familie und Freunde Der Ratgeber für ein harmonisches Miteinander trotz ADHS. Sein Ziel ist es, anderen Betroffenen zu zeigen, dass ADHS nicht nur „behandelt“ werden muss, sondern als Teil des eigenen Lebens angenommen werden kann.

Als Autor dieses Buches möchte ich meine persönliche Geschichte mit Ihnen teilen. Bei mir wurde im Alter von fünf Jahren ADHS diagnostiziert, und ich wurde fast ein Jahrzehnt lang mit Ritalin und Concerta behandelt. Heute, mit 35 Jahren, habe ich einen Weg gefunden, ADHS ohne Medikamente zu bewältigen und mein Leben aktiv und bewusst zu gestalten. Dieses Buch richtet sich an Eltern, die ihre Kinder mit ADHS besser verstehen und unterstützen möchten.
