The dictionary definition of peace and the Bible definition of peace differs considerably. The dictionary says peace is the absence of war but the Hebrew definition of peace means; to restore in the sense of replacing or providing what is needed in order to make someone or something whole and complete. My pastor once defined peace as not the absence of war but the calmness and confidence somebody experiences during a time of difficulty and trial.

Yes the process of coming out was painful, and yes it was not a walk in the park, but the word of God that He wants us to be lenders and not borrowers is true and He works to bring this to pass in Christ Jesus.

When I first got saved I used to think, "If God had planned everything why should I bother to plan? If everything that happens is according to God’s will and purposes why should I bother to even think of planning?" That kind of thinking has many problems. Number one: Whilst God is sovereign not everything that happens on Earth is according to his will. That is one of the reasons we pray saying "let your will be done on Earth as it is in heaven." Paul says we should know no man after the flesh, though we used to know Christ that way we do so no longer. Everyone must be willing to know young people by the spirit; speak to them by the spirit, and create the atmosphere that allows them to function by the spirit of God.

I would really like us to meditate on these 21 Scriptures included in this audiobook; pray about them, and also begin to put them into practice. I am sure they will bring you into a better understanding of all you are in Christ Jesus.
