Frank Baum’s Oz Film Manufacturing Company.

The classic children's tale The Wonderful Wizard of Oz written by L. Frank Baum follows the adventures of young Dorothy, who lives in Kansas with her Uncle Henry and Aunt Em. As many fans know from the beloved film adaptation of the book, a terrible swirling cyclone sweeps through the prairie area where Dorothy and her family are living, and in an attempt to get to safety, Dorothy's dog Toto buries himself under a bed. While playing outside on the farm in Kansas, Dorothy, and Toto happen upon the Shaggy Man, who asks for directions to Butterfield. The pair is happy to show him the way, but the road splits into seven different paths and Dorothy is unsure which is the correct choice. After some debate, the group decides to take the seventh path where they run into an adorable little boy named Button Bright who cannot seem to stop getting lost. Further down the road, they encounter Polychrome, who is the daughter of the Rainbow.

The Marvelous Land of Oz begins soon after the events of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, and follows the adventures of a young boy named Tip exploring a world where everything has been turned upside down after the departure of Dorothy. When Dorothy left, her friends the Scarecrow and the Tin Woodman were given rulership over the Emerald City and the Winkie Kingdom. But the Scarecrow’s rule of the Emerald City has been overthrown by an all-girl army, and Tip is recruited along with the Tin Woodman to help him get the city back.
