Ole Opfinder elsker at opfinde mange ting, som man måske ikke lige ved, hvad man kan bruge til. Hans bil kan udadtil ligne en helt almindelig bil, men den er faktisk ret så mærkelig. Det finder Bamse og Lille Hopsa ud af, da de skal fange en skurk, der har stjålet en masse slik! Velkommen til Bamses verden!

Der foregår noget mærkeligt! Lille Hopsas ører bliver til gulerødder, Æslet bliver til en gris og Ulven til en ballon – det er heksen Fnise-Lise, der er på spil. Bamse og hans venner må finde hende, så alt kan blive normalt igen. Undervejs på deres tur oplever de mange mærkelige ting. Velkommen til Bamses verden!

Tag med i cirkus! Bamse redder dagen, da et omrejsende cirkus bliver ramt af sygdom, og sørger for, at publikum får noget for pengene. Det bliver en storslået forestilling, men noget lurer i kulissen, for cirkusdirektøren har ikke helt rent mel i posen. Velkommen til Bamses verden!
