Somehow the message of Jesus as a reconciler of all people has been bungled by the American church. Labels like racist, homophobic, misogynistic, anti-intellectual, and partisan are how the church has come to be portrayed in today’s media. But these descriptors couldn’t be further from the truth of who Jesus is. Through this rich and raw collection, we are taken inside the minds of some lesser-known followers of Jesus from Scripture.

The throne of Israel is in peril. A band of outlaws have pledged their allegiance to King Saul's son-in-law, David.
